Multi Aquaculture Systems Inc is located in an area of East Hampton, NY, known as the Promised Land. Our onshore facilities include 22 outdoor circular raceways, hatcheries, and laboratory buildings. We collaborate in fishery research with Cornell Marine Cooperative.

We have federal, state, county, and township permits for breeding, holding, culturing, and distributing live seafood on land and in the ocean. We participate in stock augmentation for winter flounder and northern blowfish with the Town of East Hampton.

Our lobster rolls were voted #1 in the Hamptons in 2014! Our freshly made dishes are available for takeout and you can dine right here on our picnic tables after purchase. Let us know if you have any type of allergies, and we'll make sure there's never a problem.
